About Home & Life Store

We are a small EU retailer based in Bulgaria. We sell a deliberately short list of household items — around twenty at a time — in kitchen, storage, pet, fitness and office categories. Everything is non-perishable, unregulated and simple to use, which keeps returns and disputes low for us and surprises low for you.

Our mission

Buy fewer, better everyday objects. We test each item in our own homes for at least a month before listing it, and we publish the material, dimensions and care instructions on every product page so you know exactly what arrives.

How fulfilment works

1. Stocked, not drop-shipped. All products are held in our own stock. If something is out of stock, the product page says so.
2. Packed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are usually picked the same day.
3. Tracked EU courier. Delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination country. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
4. Support by a human. Emails are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 CET.

Why we offer Cash on Delivery

In much of Central and Eastern Europe, paying the courier in cash is still how many people prefer to shop online, especially with a store they have not used before. We keep the option open and charge a flat €4 that covers the courier's cash collection and handling — we do not add a margin to it. The fee is shown in the cart and again on the payment step, never after you confirm.
