What we collect and why

• Order data (name, address, email, phone, items, payment method) — to fulfil the contract and hand your address to the courier. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment data — card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we only receive a token and the last four digits. Legal basis: contract.
• Support messages — to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Newsletter address — only if you subscribe. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Analytics — only after you accept analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent.

Who we share it with

Couriers (delivery address and phone), Stripe (payment processing), our email provider (order confirmations) and our hosting provider. All process data inside the EU or under equivalent safeguards. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years to satisfy Bulgarian accounting law. Support emails are kept for 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email fast.shipping.ltd@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority or to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Security

The site runs over TLS, access to order data is restricted to staff who need it, and payment card data never reaches our systems.
