Shipping & returns

Where we ship

We ship to all European Union member states. Prices include VAT, so there are no customs charges on delivery. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Delivery times and costs

• Dispatch: 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery: 5-10 business days by tracked courier, depending on destination.
• Cost: free for orders over €60, otherwise €4.90.
• Tracking: a link is emailed to you when the parcel is first scanned.

Cash on Delivery terms

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to €300 in most EU countries. Pay cash to the courier upon delivery. The €4.00 fee covers cash collection and handling by the courier, is displayed in your cart and on the payment step, and is non-refundable once the parcel has shipped, because the service has already been performed. Refused COD parcels may be charged the return transport cost on a future order.

Returns — 14 days

1. Email fast.shipping.ltd@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Send the item back unused, in its original packaging, with a trackable service. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
4. We inspect the item on arrival and refund the product price within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Original outbound shipping and the COD fee are not refunded. Card refunds appear on your statement within 5-7 business days of processing. For COD orders we refund by SEPA bank transfer to an account in your name.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or fully refund the item, including all shipping costs. You do not need to pay return postage in this case.

Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. Our returns process above satisfies this right.
