How does Cash on Delivery work and what does it cost?

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. A flat €4 collection and handling fee is added to your total and shown before you confirm. COD is available for orders up to €300 in most EU countries. The fee is non-refundable once the parcel has shipped, because the courier has already carried out the service.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days and delivered by tracked courier in 5-10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping is free over €60 and €4.90 below that.

How do I track my order?

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the courier scans your parcel, usually the day after you order. If the link is still inactive after two business days, email us with your order number and we will chase it.

Is paying by card secure?

Card payments are processed by Stripe with 3-D Secure. Card details are entered on Stripe's encrypted fields and never reach our servers. Your bank statement will show HOME & LIFE STORE.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us for a return authorisation, send the parcel back with a trackable service, and we refund the product price within 5-7 business days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping and the COD fee are not refunded.

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Not at the moment. We ship to all EU member states, and prices include VAT so there are no customs charges on arrival.
