1. Who we are
This shop is operated by FAST SHIPPING Ltd., Varna 9000, Comune di Varna, rione Primorsko, Via d-r Georgi Dobrev N.12A, app.2, Bulgaria, VAT BG205881347 (referred to as "we" or "the seller"). You can reach us at fast.shipping.ltd@outlook.com or +359 2 491 0088.
2. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the address is incomplete, or if we suspect fraud, and we will tell you why.
3. Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping and any Cash on Delivery fee are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. No charge is ever added after you place an order.
4. Payment
- Card: processed by Stripe with 3-D Secure. Your statement will show HOME & LIFE STORE.
- Cash on Delivery: pay the courier in cash on delivery. A flat €4.00 collection and handling fee applies and is non-refundable once the parcel has shipped.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within 1-2 business days and deliver in 5-10 business days by tracked courier to EU addresses. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; if a parcel is more than 10 business days late, contact us and we will investigate or refund.
6. Returns and withdrawal
You may return unused goods within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. See the shipping & returns page for the full process.
7. Warranty and liability
Goods carry the statutory two-year conformity guarantee for EU consumers. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Acceptable use
Products are sold for private household use. We do not sell regulated, perishable or age-restricted goods, and we do not accept orders for resale without a written agreement.
9. Disputes
Bulgarian law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Please contact us first — most issues are solved within a day.
